RAAMOS is pleased to accept items purchased from our website for return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  1. The item displays no visible signs of damage.
  2. All original packaging remains intact.
  3. Any evidence of damage will undermine the RAAMOS guarantee.

Please note that we only accept returns for products that are unused and in "like-new" condition. Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
